Jasper Needs Help

My name is Jenn and I have always had animals growing up. I have rescued cats and dogs as well as, re homed animals needing forever homes.

Currently, I have a 16 year old cat I rescued as a kitten from under a car tire, a 7 year old golden retriever and a 12 year old golden retriever.

I am trying to raise money for my 12 year old dog Jasper’s vet bill and medical procedures at Maples Animal Hospital in Burlington, ON. This money is 100% directly for my golden retriever, Jasper and all his medical care at the vet. We have another appointment on Feb 28,2023.

If you are unable to donate, please share this cause. Any money received from this go fund me, I will pay it forward in the future and donate a matching payment to the Hamilton Burlington SPCA.

Jasper has 6 fast growing bad looking lumps on him that need to be further addressed/removed, requires surgery and potentially other medical after care to maintain his quality of life.

It has affected Jasper because some days, he is unable to jump into my bed or vehicle without me carrying him. It affects him going up and down the stairs as he is starting to suffer from pain in his front right leg. I am just trying to do the best thing for my dog who I love more than anything else on the planet since he was such a good friend to me for the last 12 years, I need to make sure I am good to him. I will be updating this go fund me page with vet bills, receipts, medical updates and progress, as well as, you can follow my dogs instagram account @charlieandjazzman

I will be closing this Go fund me as soon as, if I even have any donations to cover or help cover some of his vet bills or it has reached it’s goal, whichever come first. I have had my boy Jasper since May 2011 and getting a dog was, and still is, the best decision that I have made in my life.

Jasper has been nothing but a loving and forgiving soul who blessed my life and made it so much better for the last 12 years and I owe it to him to provide him the best care possible and do the right thing for him in his senior years to make him as comfortable as I can.
